Key responsibility:
· Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential clients and follow up on leads.
· Qualify prospects based on set criteria and schedule meetings/demos.
· Support the inside sales team with lead generation and database management.
· Research potential clients and gather relevant contact information.
· Maintain and update records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Assist in preparing sales scripts, email templates, and follow-up content.
· Participate in daily/weekly sales team meetings and training sessions.
· Track and report on call activity, conversions, and lead status.
