This internship role as a PR and Social Media Intern at All India Digital Marketing Association in Faridabad requires you to manage press releases, public relations activities, communication strategies, media relations, and strategic communications. As a Marketing and Public Relations Intern located in Surajkund, India, you will be responsible for supporting market research, developing marketing strategies, assisting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer service. Your daily tasks will involve conducting communication campaigns and collaborating with various departments to execute marketing initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, competence in market research and marketing strategy, experience in sales and customer service, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Ideally, you are pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Your key responsibilities will include curating and executing content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, creating and scheduling engaging Reels, posts, stories, and interactive content, supporting influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations, managing DMs, comments, and community engagement, as well as tracking analytics and suggesting ideas for growth and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social media trends and content formats, excellent communication and copywriting skills, creative thinking, and a passion for branding. Familiarity with Canva, basic editing tools, and Instagram insights is desired. You must also be available to work on-site at Surajkund, Faridabad.
