Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Analytics professional, you will be responsible for utilizing your previous experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP) or similar products. You will be expected to have an enhanced understanding of customer profile segmentation and the 360-degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making. Your proven track record of managing successful CDP implementation/management and delivering capabilities that drive business growth will be crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in data architecture and data modeling, preferably with experience working in CDP, CRM, paid media, social, and offline data. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, analytics, and the relevance of real-time event data and associated attributes. Strategic direction setting and execution through collaboration with a cross-functional team will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize previous experience in CDPs like Adobe Experience Platform for customer profile segmentation - Manage successful CDP implementation/management to drive business growth - Work on data architecture and data modeling, focusing on CDP, CRM, paid media, social, and offline data - Understand data-driven marketing, analytics, and real-time event data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set strategic direction and drive execution - Implement and refine Adobe Products and marketing automation systems - Translate business requirements into segmentation strategies and audience building logic - Manage the CDP technology solution and oversee steady state support teams - Drive project management through the full life-cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget - Collaborate with Marketing leadership to evolve data usage within the marketing function Qualification Required: - 3-12 years of work experience - Flexible to work in shifts as per client requirements - Certification(s) Preferred: Adobe Experience Platform Sales Accreditation, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Sales Accreditation, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Sales Accreditation (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
