Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and creative individual who can write, optimize, manage, and represent our brand across digital platforms. This role combines SEO, content writing, social media management, and on-camera presentation, along with close collaboration across teams to create impactful content. If you can craft great stories, grow social presence, and confidently appear on camera, we'd love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & SEO

  • Write engaging blogs, website content, emails, and campaign copy.
  • Align all written content with brand voice and communication goals.
  • Optimize existing pages for search visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-driven content strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create compelling posts, captions, and campaign ideas to grow engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure consistent, high-quality creatives and videos.
  • Analyze performance data to refine and improve content strategy.

On-Camera Presence & Shoot Coordination

  • Confidently appear on camera for videos, reels, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the shoot team for video planning, scripting, and execution.
  • Involve other company employees, instructors, and alumni in shoots as required.
  • Work with the video team to ensure polished, on-brand video outputs.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, video, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather stories, testimonials, and updates for content creation.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure the timely delivery of all creative assets.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in SEO, content writing, and/or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
  • Understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience hosting or presenting content on social media or YouTube.
  • Basic video editing or reel creation skills.
  • Exposure to generative AI tools for research and content ideation.
