Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Marketing Administrative Assistant. The role entails providing administrative assistance, coordinating marketing activities, managing communication, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency. The candidate will support the marketing and sales teams while contributing to the smooth operation of day-to-day activities at the office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and supporting office operations
• Strong Communication and Organization Skills for effective coordination and task management
• Basic knowledge or experience in Sales and Marketing to assist with campaigns and initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar administrative or marketing support role is a plus
