Market Director Revenue Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue strategy for multiple hotels within the Bangalore CBD market to achieve optimal ficial performance.

• Analyze demand trends, business mix, and competitive performance to formulate strategic pricing and inventory controls.

• Lead revenue planning cycles including forecasting, budgeting, segmentation, and channel optimization.

• Collaborate closely with General Managers, Sales Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure unified commercial goals.

• Manage distribution platforms including CRS, GDS, OTA channels, brand systems, and rate parity compliance.

• Monitor and enhance revenue KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and market share.

• Lead cluster revenue strategy meetings, providing clear insights and recommendations.

• Implement data-driven strategies to capture new business opportunities and maximize share through all demand channels.

• Address displacement analysis, business evaluation, and overbooking strategies in collaboration with Sales teams.

• Champion best practices and provide training to hotel revenue teams to elevate performance.

• Maintain alignment with corporate revenue management standards and brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications Skills

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Fice, or related field.

• 4-9 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry; multi-property or cluster experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of revenue systems, channel management, and STR reporting.

• High proficiency in data analytics, forecasting models, and revenue optimization tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, competitive market environment.
