Drive revenue strategy for multiple hotels within the Bangalore CBD market to achieve optimal ficial performance.
Analyze demand trends, business mix, and competitive performance to formulate strategic pricing and inventory controls.
Lead revenue planning cycles including forecasting, budgeting, segmentation, and channel optimization.
Collaborate closely with General Managers, Sales Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure unified commercial goals.
Manage distribution platforms including CRS, GDS, OTA channels, brand systems, and rate parity compliance.
Monitor and enhance revenue KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and market share.
Lead cluster revenue strategy meetings, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Implement data-driven strategies to capture new business opportunities and maximize share through all demand channels.
Address displacement analysis, business evaluation, and overbooking strategies in collaboration with Sales teams.
Champion best practices and provide training to hotel revenue teams to elevate performance.
Maintain alignment with corporate revenue management standards and brand guidelines.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Fice, or related field.
4-9 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry; multi-property or cluster experience preferred.
Strong understanding of revenue systems, channel management, and STR reporting.
High proficiency in data analytics, forecasting models, and revenue optimization tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, competitive market environment.
