Hiring: Market Development Officer (For Seed)

Location:

1.Purnia Banka (Bihar), 2. Ganganagar-Rajasthan 3. Siliguri-West Bengal

Qualification:

Graduate in Agriculture / Science / or related field preferred.

Experience:

13 years of relevant experience in Tea Market / Biological / Bio / Seed / Barley / Kinnow sector (as per location requirement).

Salary:

As per location experience (15,000 25,000/month).

Strong communication interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement market development strategies in assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Promote companys products and generate demand through field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach in the target market.
Collect market feedback and competitor information for strategy development.
Achieve sales targets and ensure effective market penetration.
