Job Description

As a Market Communication Professional at Siemens, you will be part of a team that designs campaigns, creates content, and engages customers to inform and grow the customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop marketing campaigns in partnership with external agencies to drive business success and elevate our products to the next level. You will also be creating various communication materials such as articles, postings, flyers, website content, and mobile content. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with multiple vendors and utilize your strong Marcom background to plan, implement, and monitor communication effectiveness across multiple platforms. - Manage external events to showcase Siemens innovations and ensure the teams are informed and enthusiastic about new developments. - Organize and manage events and exhibitions to provide hands-on experience and exposure to multiple platforms including online, digital, events, internal communications, and PR. - Ability to extend campaigns to multiple mediums and interface with various vendors. - Manage B2B Marketing Communications and develop written content such as articles, brochures, and social postings in English. - Collaborate with advertising agencies and film production houses to enhance brand growth and promote business brands effectively. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a reputed institute or university in India or abroad. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing & Communications. - Experience in a client-facing or client-servicing role for at least 1 year. - Proficiency in managing multiple product portfolios and stakeholders. - Familiarity with B2B marketing, online/digital campaigns, content writing, public/media relations, innovation driving, events & exhibitions, marketing automation, lead management/demand generation, and communication effectiveness measurements.
