As a Partner Acceleration Executive (PAE), you will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to implement the corporate strategy for new growth. Your primary focus will be on driving expansion with partners through your expertise in cloud service provider platforms, cloud and digital transformation, CRM platforms, RPA and automation, and self-service. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with partners at all levels will be essential for your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing business plans, developing joint business opportunities, and driving the adoption and expansion of NICE products and services through strategic partnerships. You will be expected to exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation, and product/service utilization. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, collaborating with various internal teams to achieve ecosystem growth. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of technology sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in partner channel management. Previous experience in the contact center software industry and working with national/global partners will be advantageous. Strong business and financial modeling skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential for success. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, should be exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders. You must be adept at presenting joint business plans, monitoring partner performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Attending industry events and staying informed about market trends will also be part of your role.
