Role Overview-

E-Commerce Marketplaces Associate

Key Responsibilities-

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon (AMS/Ad Console) and Flipkart Ads; experience with Quick Commerce platforms is a plus.
• Monitor campaign performance across key metrics like ACOS/ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rateand identify areas for improvement.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and run A/B tests to refine targeting and boost campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze product and campaign reports to extract actionable insights and implement data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and evolving trends in e-commerce advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative, performance marketing, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

  Experience working with

  Amazon DSP

  or other programmatic advertising tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart Ads.
• Experience working in a marketing agency or with multiple clients is highly preferred.
• Proven experience handling advertising budgets in

  lakhs

  and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with advertising dashboards, bid strategies, and campaign budget allocation.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and data-driven decision making.
• Passion for marketplace optimization and growth strategies.
