As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Specialist within JPMorgan & Chase Co., your main responsibility is to support the day-to-day operation of client testing. You will play a crucial role in managing financial risk and ensuring transaction stability. Your tasks will involve enhancing and overseeing the control environment, ensuring accurate completion of tasks, providing timely updates to stakeholders and clients, responding to inquiries promptly, identifying and escalating issues, contributing to new projects, and adopting best practices in collaboration with other transaction processing teams. - Strengthen and monitor the control environment to ensure operational efficiency - Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and issued to clients within the specified timetable - Provide prompt updates to stakeholders and clients on pending requests and potential impacts on processes - Respond to client services/internal queries in a timely manner, ensuring resolution within the appropriate timeframe - Identify and escalate issues that may affect service promptly - Implement cost-saving measures and adopt best practices by collaborating with other transaction processing teams - Work closely with the team to ensure daily activities and checklists are completed efficiently - Leverage technology for system enhancements and escalate issues and challenges promptly Qualifications Required: - Advanced knowledge and proven results in macros, Visual Basics, QTP, and other coding languages - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Bachelor's degree - Strong PC skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite,
