As a candidate for the position, you should possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th, 12th, ITI with Trade Certificate mandatory. We welcome both local and non-local candidates for this opportunity, and the Date of Joining is immediate. The job involves postings in various locations in Tamil Nadu every month. You will be assigned to different plants in Tamil Nadu, with the following requirements: - Plant 1 in Trichy: 400 requirements with accommodation available - Plant 2 in Arakkonam: 300 requirements with accommodation available - Plant 3 in Tiruvottiyur: 200 requirements with no accommodation provided, only own stay The shifts are rotational and structured as follows: - Shift A: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM - Shift B: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Shift C: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Week-offs will also be on a rotational basis. For your convenience, accommodation is available with a deduction of Rs. 1000 per month for 26 working days. Transportation is provided with a deduction of Rs. 500 per month for 26 working days. Additionally, food facility is available during duty hours with a deduction of Rs. 350 per month for 26 working days. Candidates within the age group of 18 to 25 are eligible for this position. The stipend offered is Rs. 15,000/- along with Rs. 1,500/- through DBT and an Attendance Bonus of Rs. 1000/-.
