Manufacturing & Production Manager II

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that production objectives are achieved in terms of time, quantity, and QHSES (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) for either all processes in one shift or specific processes across all shifts. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the activities of Production Team Leaders and collaborating with other departments such as Methods, Tooling, Maintenance, Process, Planning, and Quality Control to meet production targets efficiently. Your key duties will include promoting and maintaining the safety and well-being of all individuals on-site by upholding TechnipFMC Health and Management Systems, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for productivity, quality enhancements, and cost optimization, preserving equipment within the production unit, ensuring workshop cleanliness, and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as the 5S program. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management position. Your expertise and skills will be instrumental in contributing to the success of our operations.
