Roles and Responsibilities Co-ordinate daily production requirement Heading Plant Operations, Customer Service experience is delivered to OEM, Achieve EBITDA results in line with profitability. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material and machine. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing operations will be an advantage. To developing new process concepts for production optimization- yield improvement, effective manpower deployment & enhancing machinery utilization Role will be to manage all function of plant including Production, Operations, Quality control, Support function. To impart training to various functions in-line with current regulatory requirement of various countries at regular intervals to make the team effective. Develop and monitor all necessary procedures to ensure the continued efficient operation. 4M Management Ensure acheivement of plant targets within the plant budget Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in an autocomponent company Candidates having experience of Automotive Lockset industry will be preferred Knowledge of handling OEMs Knowledge of procedures and SOPs for an IATF certified company Ability of lead a team Min 8 years of experience in production Knowledge of Locksets/Switch manufacturing will be preferred
