Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Design and implement new or improved process systems, equipment, and workflows.
Troubleshoot problems in manufacturing, often collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and technical challenges.
Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and establish operating procedures.
Perform process simulations, statistical analyses, and capability studies to support data-driven decision-making.
Document processes and provide training to production staff on new procedures and systems.
Lead process validation activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
