Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

An Engineer with good communication skills. Should have worked in machine building industry, preferably Small- Scale, SSI-MSME. Making of SPM ( Special Purpose Machines). Two wheeler is a must. Work process : Ensure overall production plan of machines is on schedule and report to management. (supervise) plan for parts/ receive parts/ Quality checking parts/ assembly/ testing/ dispatch Service schedules and monitoring Role 1. Create production plan and monitor the same 2. Review Engineering releases to ensure schedule conformity 3. Direct the manufacturing of products ensuring quality levels are met and conformance to schedule 4. Manage assembly live audit & escalation 5. Coordinate with team/ops and ensure equipment uptime, maintenance, enhancement & repairs 6. Monitor and ensure optimal capacity utilization on Shopfloor 7. Quality Assurance and Internal test acceptance 8. Monitor test parameters 9. Return test completion 10. Work with engineering team in the design and development of tooling and related processes 11. Documentation
