Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve productivity and quality. - Analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure new product manufacturability. - Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for production issues. - Evaluate and select equipment, tools, and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations. - Proficiency in software-based design and CNC programming (CAD-CAM). - Practical experience in working with CNC machines, particularly in Turning and Milling operations. - Essential experience in heavy industry. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Diploma with 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control. - Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. - Knowledge of SAP / ERP software. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.,
