Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, product testing, and healthcare.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and implement automated testing scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, working with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in testing.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of manual testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with product testing, focusing on healthcare-related applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing processes.
Familiarity with automation testing tools and techniques is an asset.
