Manual Tester (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates (2024–25 pass outs) who are passionate about building a career in Software Testing.

As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of applications by identifying bugs, reporting issues, and validating fixes. This is a great opportunity to start your IT career with hands-on exposure to real-time projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Telecommunication (2024–25 pass outs preferred)
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts (test cases, test plans, defect life cycle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to ensure software quality
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results
• Continuously learn and adapt to project needs
