Manual Tester - CMS

QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for the Cash Management System.
• Develop and execute

  test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  for manual and automated testing of CMS modules.
• Conduct

  functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

  for cash management functionalities (e.g., payment processing, cash positioning, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations).
• Validate

  data interfaces with ERP, core banking systems, SWIFT messages (MT/MX), and APIs

  .
• Ensure accurate testing of

  inflows/outflows, liquidity reports, and treasury dashboards

  .
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as

  JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps

  .
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Prepare

  test summary reports and documentation

  for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support

  performance testing and validation

  of high-volume transactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including

  Finance, Treasury, and IT

  .

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

• 1-5 years of experience

  in QA/testing, preferably in banking or financial domains.
• Solid understanding of

  cash management operations

  , corporate banking, or treasury processes.
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and experience testing data flows across systems
• Experience with

  test automation tools

  (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Postman for API testing) is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  SWIFT messaging standards (MT101, MT940)

  is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS platforms like

  Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Oracle Cash Management

  , or TMS.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments.
  

Work Environment:

• Hybrid/Onsite as required.
• May require coordination with

  global teams across time zones
