Manual QA Tester CMS & Design Validation

As a skilled Manual QA Tester with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CMS website testing and design validation, your role will involve ensuring web implementations meet design specifications and function seamlessly. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will collaborate with the Australian team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform manual testing of CMS-based websites, including functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and responsive testing. - Validate website implementations against Figma designs to ensure design-to-development accuracy. - Proactively report, track, and help resolve issues in collaboration with developers, designers, and international stakeholders. - Document and manage test cases, test scenarios, and defects following Bug Life Cycle and QA best practices. - Participate in STLC and SDLC processes to ensure quality deliverables. - Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and project requirements. - Conduct mobile testing when required (advantageous but not mandatory). **Requirements:** - 2-3 years of hands-on manual testing experience, preferably on CMS-based websites. - Experience in design validation, preferably using Figma. - Strong skills in functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and responsive testing. - Solid understanding of Bug Life Cycle, SDLC, and STLC. - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with international teams, especially Australia. - Familiarity with mobile testing and JIRA is a plus. - Proactive, with keen attention to detail and a natural ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. **Nice-to-Have:** - Experience with multiple CMS platforms.
