Job Description

1. Design & Conceptualization

Sketching jewellery designs on paper before production.
Developing unique, creative concepts that align with fashion trends and customer preferences.
Collaborating with clients or brands to translate ideas into tangible designs.

2. Material Selection & Preparation

Choosing appropriate precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) and gemstones for each design.
Understanding the properties of materials to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.

3. Craftsmanship & Production

Using traditional techniques such as soldering, filing, stone setting, engraving, and polishing.
Creating prototypes and final pieces entirely by hand, ensuring precision and artistry.
Maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the production process.

4. Technical Knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
