Job Summary:

Aastral Consultancy is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage a large team of blue-collar workers across different client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling bulk manpower, be comfortable with field visits, and ensure smooth deployment and supervision of workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a group of 50–200 blue-collar workers (housekeeping, loaders, helpers, drivers, etc.)
• Coordinate deployment of manpower across client locations.
• Conduct regular field visits to client sites, including industrial areas and corporate parks.
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and resolve on-ground issues.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and workers.
• Ensure proper documentation, uniforms, ID cards, and shift schedules.
• Monitor work quality and provide feedback to the workforce.
• Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–6 years of experience in manpower handling, site supervision, or labor management.
• Must have a strong network of workers or prior experience supervising large teams.
• Ready to travel frequently within the city for site visits.
• Good communication in Hindi and local language; basic English is a plus.
• Street-smart, disciplined, and reliable personality.
