Job Title: Sales Executive – Cold Chain Solutions Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 2 to 3 years in cold chain Industry: Cold Chain / Logistics / Refrigeration Solutions Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cold chain, logistics, or temperature-controlled storage solutions industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across cold storage, pharma, food processing, and logistics sectors. Promote and sell cold chain solutions including temperature-controlled storage, transport, and refrigeration equipment. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline status regularly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of B2B sales experience; cold chain/logistics industry experience is a strong plus. Good understanding of cold storage, refrigeration, or temperature-controlled transport systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
