Job Description

As an individual working in this role, you will primarily focus on Design & Consulting activities related to the MA Active TMS program. Your responsibilities will include supporting solution design, extensions design, and consulting activities to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will be part of the digital/IT team, collaborating with consultants, analysts, and leads. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical and functional discussions with customers and business teams to design, finalize, and develop enhancements. - Develop operational flow, detail design documents, demonstrations, and implementation strategies. - Contribute ideas for enhancing designs to improve the product. - Coach, mentor, and offer guidance to team members. - Ensure compliance with common work processes, standards, tools, and coordinate testing activities. - Oversee the use of appropriate tools, follow quality procedures, and ensure bug-free project releases. - Mentor other consultants within the team. - Utilize past experience/expertise in TM deployment in Europe, Americas, and APAC, understanding transportation rules in these regions. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in shipment planning engine rules, routing criteria, routing strategy, routing template, parameter set, and related configurations. - Understanding of MATM base data such as equipment, path set, lanes and rates, mode, service level, product class, transit time, UoM, etc. - Familiarity with order management in MAWM, including aggregation, prioritization, pipeline, cubing, and their impact on TM. - Experience in appointment and cut-off time management, tracking management, and integration with third-party carriers, brokers, visibility partners, etc. Additional Company Details: - Future needs may include managing freight invoices.
