Job Description

The role you are applying for primarily involves working on Design & Consulting activities to support Solution design, extensions design, and Consulting activities aimed at ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be joining the digital/IT team dedicated to the MA Active TMS program, which consists of consultants, analysts, and leads. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical and functional discussions with customers and the business team to design, finalize, and develop enhancements. You will also be expected to develop operational flow, detail design documents, demonstrations, and implementation strategies. Additionally, you will contribute ideas for enhancing or modifying designs to improve the product and work closely with teams to coach, mentor, and provide guidance as needed. It is essential to comply with common work processes, standards, tools, and coordinate testing activities across project teams. You will oversee the use of appropriate tools, ensure quality procedures are followed, and ensure that projects released are bug-free. Mentoring other consultants within the team will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have past experience and expertise in TM deployment in Europe, Americas, and APAC. You should understand the nuances of transportation rules in these regions. Some of the key skills expected for this role include expertise in Shipment planning engine rules, MATM base data, order management in MAWM, appointment and cut off time management, tracking management, and integration with third-party carriers, brokers, visibility partners, etc. Looking ahead, future needs for this role include managing freight invoices effectively.,
