Job Description: Merloam, a key venture under the Elephantine Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director—Real Estate to lead and drive strategic growth across our residential, commercial, and mixed-use property development projects. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale real estate developments. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction for real estate acquisitions, development, and project execution. Oversee the entire life cycle of real estate projects—from land identification and feasibility to construction, sales, and handover. Collaborate with legal, sales, finance, and external consultants to ensure timely project completion. Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Any Domain Minimum 4- 10 years of experience in real estate project management and leadership roles. Proven success in executing commercial real estate projects. Strong business acumen with the ability to forecast, budget, and report financials. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with RERA, DDCP, GST, and CMDA regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
