Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to perform Management Information, PMO and Admin role for Business Continuity Management. The role will be based out of Bangalore. This role will report to the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. This role has a primary requirement to work closely with Voya business teams in India and US, hence it is a requirement to support during India and US hours (5:00 pm to 01:00 am IST).

Role

• Responsible for managing the data administration of India Business Continuity plans in the Archer/Riskonnect.
• Collaborate with the support functions in getting the headcount and updating them in the Emergency Notification System with the phone numbers.
• Work with cross functional teams and sometimes reach out to employees to get the geographic location to monitor global concentration of our workforce.
• Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and generating the scheduled reports
• As a contributor to the Business Resilience Office, this role is expected to work fairly independently in partnering with business functions to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans in accordance with corporate pre-defined Program requirements.
• collaborate with multiple business functions and contribute to the large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Provide support to the Plan Owners and Business Continuity Manager at time of event
• Be on call as per the rotation followed by the team and be available at the time of event.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and with aggressive time constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting
• Must be available for on-call duties in support of any incidents or events occur outside business hours.
• Having knowledge on Tableau, Riskonnect, Everbridge will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in managing Business Continuity Planning or Program Management Office or working for internal reporting team.
• BCP certification is desirable
