Job Description

Job Purpose:

Infra Vertical

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers for MEP and civil works.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders for MEP items (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems, etc.).
Ensure technical specifications and project timelines are met.
Develop procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and commercial teams for seamless supply chain operations.
Negotiate favorable terms while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, supplier agreements, and purchase orders.
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and finance to align procurement activities with project needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.Tech and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
1015 years of supply chain/procurement experience in infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to MEP procurement.
Domain Expertise:
Railways, Metro, Highways, and Commercial Building projects.
Skills Required:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of MEP systems and technical specifications.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
