Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across high-rise building projects (residential and commercial).
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, codes, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, inspection protocols, and checklists.
• Coordinate with clients for vendor approvals and ensure compliance with client quality expectations.
• Review and verify all construction materials, workmanship, and processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of QA/QC records, test reports, and approvals.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure timely submission and verification of experience letters from previous employers.

Qualifications & Experience :

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum

  15 years

  of experience in construction QA/QC, with at least

  10 years

  in

  high-rise building projects

  .
• Proven track record in

  residential and commercial building construction

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  QA/QC standards

  , building codes, and industry best practices.
• Experience in

  vendor approval processes

  and

  client coordination

  .
• Must possess

  experience letters from all previous employers

  .

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality benchmarks.
• Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software tools (preferred).
