Manager/Senior Manager Corporate Finance (Solar)

**Job Description** As a valued member of ib vogt GmbH, your role will involve managing various financial aspects related to solar power projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the process of Valuation of the projects and exit of equity - Handling the entire process of Loan financing of Projects - Overseeing the process of Due Diligence work for both Investor and lender - Conducting negotiations of various legal agreements in relation to Equity sale and loan funding - Managing reporting and budgeting processes (Internal + HQ) - Developing financial models (from scratch) for project opportunities, sale processes, and loan funding - Creating MIS formats and analysis reports for management and business functions - Providing support to the internal team for various financial analysis and planning requirements **Qualifications** Qualification and Educational Requirements: - A degree in MBA with a specialization in Finance - CA candidate with relevant experience can also apply - Advanced degree or professional certifications in related fields **Experience** - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Equity Monetization, Project financing, and financial modeling for Solar, Wind, or Hybrid Projects **Technical Expertise** - Hands-on experience in closing Equity deals and Project financing deals - Proficiency in complex financial modeling - Strong presentation and analytical skills - Good networking abilities with Financial Advisors, Banks, FIs, Investors, etc. **Preferred Attributes** - Team player, collaborative, ready for multi-tasking, self-driven, and motivated - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and authorities - Experience with international solar projects and standards - Strong leadership and team management skills (Note: The additional information section is omitted from the final JD as it does not provide specific job-related details),
