Manager - Wind Resource Assessment (WRA)

Role Overview: As a Wind Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include validating and analyzing wind data, estimating Annual Energy, performing Long-term wind data correction, conducting Micro siting for wind projects, and identifying and optimizing wind farm layout to maximize energy yield. You will also be responsible for calculating P50, P75, P90 & P99 numbers, managing Vendor for wind mast installation and sensor specifications, conducting resource analysis of Wind Solar hybrid systems, Power Curve Testing & Performance Monitoring as per IEC guidelines, managing Wind Turbine Foundation design and validation, overseeing construction work on site, and assisting in the preparation of plant layouts. Additionally, you will interact with Developers & OEM for Drawing Approval and Clarification. Key Responsibilities: - Validate and analyze wind data - Estimate Annual Energy - Perform Long-term wind data correction - Conduct Micro siting for wind projects - Identify and optimize wind farm layout to maximize energy yield - Calculate P50, P75, P90 & P99 numbers - Manage Vendor for wind mast installation and sensor specifications - Conduct resource analysis of Wind Solar hybrid systems - Perform Power Curve Testing & Performance Monitoring as per IEC guidelines - Manage Wind Turbine Foundation design and validation - Oversee construction work on site - Assist in the preparation of plant layouts - Review detailed drawings for structure and foundation - Ensure quality, cost, and time efficiency in project execution - Interact with Developers & OEM for Drawing Approval and Clarification Qualifications Required: - BE / ME / M Tech in Civil Engineering - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar field - Proficiency in tools like Wind Pro, WASP, Windographer, WASP Engineering, Global mapper, IEC 61400-1, 61400-12, GL Guidelines, STADD Pro, AutoCAD, and Power Performance assessment Your experience in Wind data validation, energy yield assessment, wind farm layout optimization, and foundation design will be crucial in contributing effectively to this role.,
