Your tasks

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to analyze, optimize, and improve performance and cost efficiency across global and domestic markets.
• Oversee the full supply chain process, including purchasing, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Production, and Finance to forecast demand and develop robust supply plans.
• Implement new systems and technologies to streamline and enhance supply chain processes.
• Assess and manage risks that may affect supply chain continuity and take proactive action to mitigate disruptions.
• Monitor and adjust supply chain operations based on market dynamics, new opportunities, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards across all supply chain activities.
• Maintain accurate records, perform reporting and analysis of supply chain performance data.
• Ensure GMP compliance across all supply chain operations and support delivery of the targeted production plan according to quality standards.
• Support training and capability building within the team, fostering a culture of integrity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with customs procedures and related processes.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar senior supply chain or procurement role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, purchasing, and inventory management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and improvement-driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong computer literacy with hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP required).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Post-graduate diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• 1015 years of experience, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
• Experience with customs processes and governmental liaison is an advantage.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong command of English; additional local languages are an advantage.
