You will technical support on current and new projects, platform processes and customer interactions. You will be able to combine theoretical and practical knowledge into a mechanistic and hands-on view / support to our customers. What we ask Masters/ Ph. D. with more than 7 years of experience Lead equipment setup and commissioning, working closely with manufacturer to ensure seamless integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Execute customer trials, operate equipment, and demonstrate process capabilities. Conduct training sessions for teams and customers on equipment use and safety. Offer technical support on-site and remotely, addressing complex customer queries. Support innovation efforts by contributing field insights to process and product improvements. Write and manage technical protocols and reports with clear timelines and deliverables Support the sales team during the offer phase, act as a technical project manager for pharmaceutical projects, and present technology solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
