Manager - Validation (Production)

As a Manager Validation (Production) at the Mohali location, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Build a cohesive team to support Validation activity at A-41 Mohali Location - Collaborate to create a robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program - Conduct Equipment and facility Validation at A-41 Mohali Location, working with site-specific teams to prepare, review, and execute protocols and Master Validation documents - Prepare, review, and execute protocols & reports for facilities involving utilities, engineering, manufacturing operations, and cleaning. This includes HVAC, water, compressed air, and process/packing equipment qualification & validation - Ensure that all qualification and validation protocols include critical steps/components that need to be checked and validated - Prepare, review, and ensure compliance with written procedures related to the validation function - Coordinate, review, and manage training needs and records as a department training coordinator (DTC) - Develop a validation planner for all utilities and equipment - Implement current good manufacturing practices to maintain and improve product quality as per specifications - Provide training to personnel involved in validation activities as required - Participate in Quality Improvement projects - Ensure that all systems and equipment are validated according to procedures/requirements and calendar - Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, including handling deviations, investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Change Control Request (CCR) - Perform internal and external audits as per site-specific procedures - Fulfill any other responsibilities assigned from time to time Qualification Required: - B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: - 12 to 15 years in Validation / Qualification (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
