Manager, User Experience

As a Manager UX Product Designer, you will have a passion for uncovering user insights and solving complex design challenges. Your role will involve generating ideas, prototyping concepts, and leading research to produce design solutions that meet user and business goals. You will be expected to combine strategic design thinking with hands-on skills, working on projects from start to finish as a researcher, strategist, and designer. Your design approach will always be human-focused, and you will be comfortable working in an Agile design setting that involves collaboration across disciplines and time zones. Responsibilities: - Serve as a champion for users and their needs - Translate user insights into concepts, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc. - Plan, develop, and lead user research and usability testing to optimize and evolve products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, client services, and senior management - Demonstrate ongoing learning by understanding changing digital behaviors and technology advancements - Establish design patterns and guidelines, working with the design team to evolve the design system for consistency across products - Mentor and lead other designers - Contribute to a culture of performance, curiosity, and fun within the design team and company Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Experience/Product Design - Professional portfolio demonstrating quality, creativity, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision - Proven experience in creating concepts, journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other experience design artifacts - Demonstrated success in collaborating with visual designers, developers, and product owners to define and design digital experiences - Experience working across teams to integrate feedback and input from diverse stakeholders (product managers, engineers, and clients) - Strong communication and presentation skills,
