You will be working with BDO India Service Private Limited, a team of experts specializing in providing a wide range of services related to Transfer Pricing. Your role will involve assisting in planning, managing, and solving complex issues to mitigate TP risks and align with clients" global business strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently lead Transfer Pricing assignments, including devising global Transfer Pricing Policies for clients. - Conduct detailed industry analysis, functional/economic/financial/accounting, and benchmarking analysis using various Indian and global databases to prepare comprehensive reports. - Prepare transfer pricing documentation/local file, including Master File and CbCR. - Compile Accountants Certificate in Form No. 3CEB. - Advise and assist in transfer pricing planning and strategy for various clients. - Stay updated on recent developments in Transfer Pricing in India and globally, providing insights on various related issues. - Represent and manage assessments and appeals related to Transfer Pricing with appropriate strategies. - Engage in the APA process, including site visits, negotiations, and MAP process. - Provide briefs to the legal counsel of clients for cases before Tribunal/HC/SC. - Identify Thought Leadership opportunities and contribute by writing articles/alerts on transfer pricing and preparing knowledge presentations on TP. - Maintain adherence to risk and quality management, account management, MIS, and other practice management aspects. - Participate in business development initiatives of the firm. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing. - CA qualification.
