Manager - Training & Development (Pharma Experience)

As a Deputy Manager/Manager - HR (Training & Development) at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Hosur, you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing training programs across various departments including QA, QC, Production, and R&D. Your responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP) through structured training initiatives, developing e-learning modules and innovative training methodologies, supporting talent acquisition and onboarding processes, as well as overseeing administrative functions such as pest control and laundry management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, design, and implement training programs across QA, QC, Production, and R&D. - Ensure regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP) through structured training initiatives. - Develop e-learning modules and innovative training methodologies. - Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes. - Oversee administrative functions such as pest control and laundry management. Qualifications: - Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on training & development. - Strong knowledge of regulatory training requirements. - Ability to drive a learning culture and enhance workforce capabilities.
