Job Description

As an experienced professional in the Pharma industry, you will be responsible for a variety of key activities to ensure the growth and development of employees and the compliance with quality management standards. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying training needs, designing annual training calendars, and evaluating training effectiveness to promote employee growth. - Implementing and monitoring ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Halal, and cGMP standards to ensure full compliance with Quality Management System requirements. - Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and audit-ready documentation. - Supporting management in career development, succession planning, and performance appraisals using data-driven insights. - Overseeing pest control, laundry, and uniform management operations to uphold top hygiene and compliance standards. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in the Pharma industry. - UG/PG Graduates degree. Skills: - Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and training systems. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and people development.
