Role Overview: As a Manager II, IT Delivery at EY, you will manage and lead a team of technical support staff who design, develop, test, implement, and monitor software and tools. You will work closely with business leaders to define scope and requirements, plan and execute the development of various systems, and act as a liaison with business sponsors and principals. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing project risks and resources, and integrating cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew, providing guidance and training as necessary to develop the team - Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with HR policies - Deliver software releases for business units, working with clients to determine scope and develop environmental requirements - Develop and implement staffing and operational plans, participate in goal development, and monitor service delivery metrics - Implement changes to department policies and procedures to meet business needs and achieve objectives - Lead quality initiatives to improve service delivery, collaborate with senior management on goals, and present status and metrics at meetings - Develop department budget, review expenses, and ensure operations within budgetary guidelines - Ensure staff compliance with IT and information security policies, and verify deliverables meet requirements - Lead cross-functional teams, communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and develop comprehensive project plans - Enhance cybersecurity frameworks by integrating security measures into IT projects to safeguard company data and assets Qualification Required: To qualify for this role, you must have: - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery with previous leadership experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred - Strong expertise in IT project management, Agile methodologies, SDLC best practices, IT infrastructure, software development, and enterprise IT solutions - Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, ECS, Kubernetes, Kore.AI, Android, iOS development - Strong skills in risk management, budgeting, IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT compliance standards - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Additional Details of the Company: EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, where technology is integrated into client services and key to innovation.
