Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to lead critical growth and hygiene initiatives across our restaurant ecosystem. This role will own end-to-end responsibility for improving ADs penetration, ensuring restaurant hygiene excellence, and driving seamless New Supply Operations (NSO) to onboard and operationalize high-quality supply partners. The role requires close collaboration with city business teams, central operations, and restaurant partners to strengthen overall restaurant performance, platform hygiene, and growth contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- ADs
- Partner with city business and account management teams to drive AD adoption and revenue growth across restaurants.
- Build city-level AD strategies and ensure execution through city teams via campaigns, performance tracking, and partner reviews.
- Conduct data-backed analyses to identify potential advertisers and pitch tailored solutions.
- Track city-wise AD performance, share best practices, and improve ROI for partners.
- Support training and capability-building initiatives for city teams to enhance AD selling effectiveness.
- Restaurant Hygiene Metrics
Own and improve the city's hygiene scorecard across the following key parameters:
- Availability: Ensure optimal online availability of restaurants
- RDC (Restaurant Driven Cancellations): Identify root causes and drive actions to reduce partner-led order cancellations.
- IGCC(Customer Complaints): Monitor complaint trends, coordinate resolution with city teams, and implement preventive actions.
- Image & Description Coverage: Work with city and central teams to enhance menu visuals and item descriptions for better consumer experience.
- New Restaurant Onboarding Hygiene: Ensure every newly onboarded partner meets hygiene benchmarks before going live including catalog readiness, menu compliance, and operational accuracy.
Drive periodic governance reviews with city leadership to track hygiene KPIs and progress.
- New Supply Operations (NSO)
- 99 Store Scale-Up: Drive operational and hygiene readiness for scaling existing partner restaurants to 99+ stores.
- Toing Launch for ENAT (End-to-End): Own end-to-end launch ENAT partners including identification, onboarding, catalog setup and go-live readiness.
- New Onboarding Hygiene & Growth: Ensure all new restaurants meet hygiene benchmarks, operational readiness, and initial growth targets post-launch.
- Partner with city and central teams to ensure SLA adherence, smooth operationalization, and ramp-up tracking.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5 8 years of experience in Operations, Growth, or Category roles (preferably in Internet, Food Tech, or Retail).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple charters effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Proven experience in partner-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management.
