Job Description

Ability to explain complicated concepts clearly

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electronic systems & parts like sensors, actuators, display boards, wire harness, motors, controllers etc. at supplier end.
Conduct PPAP audit, Process audit, Product audit for electronic systems parts. Working knowledge about IATF / ISO 9000 QMS including core tools FMEA / SPC/ MSA/ PPAP/ APQP.
Work closely with other departments such as R&D, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
Manage the lifecycle of electronic products, from concept through to production and maintenance. Including failure analysis through 8D Approach.
Ensuring adherence to product safety & quality standards, driving the innovation & efficiency of electronic systems in our operations.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. Electrical/ Electronics with min. 10 yrs of experience.

Engine and electronic part knowledge , circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.,Sensors, starters & generators, Control panel basics and troubleshooting & Proprietary Electrical system.

Hands on experience of electronics parts quality trouble shooting.

Knowledge of Quality Warranty management system.

Strong Communication skill.

Ability to explain complicated concepts clearly.

Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials / quick check SOP .
