Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Manager – Strategic Business & Market Development. The role involves spearheading strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and contributing to business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and implementing business plans, identifying sales prospects, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or retail industries.
• Strong understanding of market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident presenter and communicator.
• Skilled in negotiation, building relationships, and managing multiple partners.
• Someone proactive, well-organised, and able to think independently.
