Manager Store Development

As the Interior Buildout Manager for Retail stores & Shop-in-Shops in mall and high-street locations under adidas standards, your role involves successfully delivering in complex environments, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring effective workflows for goal execution. Your primary focus should be on Quality, Duration & Cost of fit outs, along with efficient vendor management. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Store Concepts as per brand documentation. - Take charge of local store projects within the Market, coordinating with vendors for quality adherence to adidas standards. - Manage cost per square meter in store openings and refits to maintain quality at competitive prices. - Coordinate with internal departments for design, planning, and implementation of new stores and refits. - Efficiently manage vendors for timely and budget-friendly setup of stores & Shop-in-Shops. - Implement Global standard tools, processes, and services. - Ensure compliance with legal regulations, Market's Health & Safety policy, and procedures. - Oversee Maintenance and Repair function, coordinating with Service Providers & the Store. - Manage and approve all installations per market, providing detailed documentation. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging functional expertise to support senior leaders. - Directly or indirectly manage 1 or 2 junior staff members. Professional Background: - Possess more than 8-10 years of hands-on experience in setting up retail stores. - Ideally have industry experience in Apparel/Fashion/Footwear. - Leadership skills to manage 1 or 2 junior staff members, focusing on their individual development. - Exposure to Retail design, Real estate, Retail store Operation & Visual Merchandising. Educational Background: - Hold a University degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent), Project management for the building industry, civil engineering, or equivalent professional experience. IT and Language Skills: - Proficient in AUTOCAD/REVIT. - Proficient in English (written & spoken). - Basic knowledge of MS Office and advanced skills in Excel. - Proficiency in local language as required.,
