Role & responsibilities Method Study & Analysis of Manufacturing Process using MOST Tool Analysis of Process for NVA Reduction Production, Engineering, RMS, BSR Manpower Calculation as per Tonnage Norms Calculation according to Motion Study Set up / Changeover Time Study and reduce setup time by using tools like SMED & ECRS Material Handling Requirement Study (e.g.- Tow truck, Fork Lift) Ergonomics Study of work station & Layout Incentive Plan for Operators Cycle time Study of Man & Machine Preferred candidate profile B.E in Mechanical, M.S (Manufacturing Management), Industrial Engineering, Exposure in Handling Department of Industrial Engineering
