Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day execution of corporate interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with design consultants, MEP contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
Monitor project schedules, timelines, quality benchmarks, and deliverables.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design intent, specifications, and safety protocols.
Prepare weekly progress reports and present them to clients and senior management.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tracking BoQs and vendor deliveries.
Support in managing project budgets and cost control processes.
Handle on-site issue resolution and change management efficiently.
Maintain strong documentation: site logs, material approvals, snag lists, etc.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Deep knowledge of fit-out project lifecycle, from civil/interiors to MEP and finishing.
Familiar with project tracking tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings.
Strong vendor coordination and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of local building codes, safety norms, and compliance.
