Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable contract manufacturing partners (domestic and international).
Manage day-to-day coordination with third-party manufacturers for production, quality, and supply chain activities.
Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Monitor production schedules, delivery timelines, and cost optimization at partner sites.
Coordinate with internal departments (Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and company quality standards across all CMO sites.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Handle troubleshooting and operational issues at partner facilities.
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management review.

Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in CMO / Contract Manufacturing (Inward & Outward).
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, technology transfer, and quality systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
Candidates with relevant CMO experience only will be considered.
