Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated qualified Chartered accountant (CA), for Kolkata location, having relevant experience of minimum 8 years to 10 years in Direct & Indirect taxation, excluding the articleship period.

Preparation and Finalization of Balance Sheet in consultation with the auditors of group companies and individual files
Reviewing Income Tax and GST Notifications/ Circular/ Updates on a regular basis and sending appropriate reply
Handle Monthly GST returns / GSTR-9-9C (Return, Filing, Payment, Input credit etc)
Ensure timely payments of statutory compliances as per tax regulations
Visiting & Liaoning with Income Tax and GST department as and when required
Filing of Income tax returns of individual files & group companies
TDS payments & returns Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
Computation of Advance Tax
Tax planning and strategy
Manage Tax audits and disputes
Financial reporting to management & MIS preparation
Handling day to day accounting responsibilities

B.Com + Qualified CA
