Role Overview: You will be joining as a Senior Staff Software Engineer/Manager on the Enphase Solar O&M Engineering Team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software services and modules that cater to millions of users and process terabytes of data. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a group of engineers, driving the adoption of best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with business needs. Your role will play a crucial part in enabling Enphase to succeed in the Solar Energy domain by building applications and services for various stakeholders such as homeowners, installers, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of scalable REST APIs and microservices. - Define technical roadmaps aligning with business objectives. - Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor team members for their technical and professional growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software systems. - Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and reliability. - Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a top-tier college with >70% marks. - 10+ years of software development experience. - Proficiency in Python and Postgres, with knowledge of related frameworks and tools. - Experience in leading engineering processes, including ticket grooming and sprint planning. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.,
