Manager / Senior Manager- Entity Controller General Ledger Accountant

Role Overview: You will be a Manager/Senior Manager - Entity Controller General Ledger Accountant (R2R) in Noida. Your role will involve managing legal entities" accounting operations, ensuring compliance with key accounting controls, and overseeing the preparation of manual journal entries for month-end and annual accounts. You will lead a team in a General Ledger environment, working with complex and multi-currency entities. Your collaborative approach will be crucial in working with various stakeholders in the Controllership teams and other finance departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage legal entities" accounting operations and ensure compliance with key accounting controls - Review and approve or prepare complex manual journal entries for month-end and annual accounts - Lead a team in a General Ledger environment with exposure to complex and multi-currency entities - Conduct Cadency reconciliation reviews and ensure the quality of reviews - Collaborate with stakeholders in the General Ledger and wider Controllership teams, as well as other finance departments - Be flexible to work in shifts Qualifications Required: - CA Final Qualified - 6 to 8 years of experience in the Corporate sector, preferably in Manufacturing/Hotel/Aviation industry - Good knowledge in R2R - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Oracle and Trintech Cadency experience would be advantageous Additional Company Details: The company is looking for a candidate with a collaborative approach to work and experience in managing team handling in a General Ledger environment.
